Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 60 days of purchase, with the original receipt or gift receipt and original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Returns can be made either in-store or online. Returns in-store are always free. Returns by mail have a shipping fee of $4.95 + taxes that will be automatically deducted from your refund total. This fee is not refundable.

As an ALDO Crew member, returns by mail are free of charge. Sign up to enjoy this benefit and much more. Please note that you must be signed in to your ALDO Crew account when placing your order to qualify for free return shipping.

Return and Exchange Restrictions:

  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories and insoles may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

To return or exchange in store any items purchased online, please bring the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email within 60 days of purchase. Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online. Note that items can only be exchanged or returned in the country where they were originally purchased.

Warranty Policy

If your footwear is defective or faulty within 4 months of the date of purchase, we will make it right. If you would like to make a warranty claim on your footwear purchase, simply contact us here. Please complete all the details in the form and our Customer Service Expert Team will be happy to assist you.
